A wife and mom of 2, Kari began McGinnis Consultants in 2021 with an idea to service small to medium-sized businesses that would rather focus on the business aspect instead of the headaches HR could bring.  Since then, McGinnis Consultants has served multiple businesses with their HR needs and continues to grow.

Kari is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Master's in Human Resources Education and Leadership Development and currently holds both a PHR and SHRM-CP certification.  Successful in implementing strategic initiatives by developing high-performance work teams. Passionate about bringing forth your whole self to an organization and offering the unique appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. Experienced in compliance, leadership development, employee relation experience, talent/performance management, and recruitment. An excellent communicator, driven, and highly self-motivated. Extremely adaptable with strong leadership expertise in all aspects of human resources and she's ready to work with you!
